I absolutely LOVE Innes Station. This is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. Not only are the apartments huge and absolutely beautiful, but the Managment and maintenance are amazing!! I have had very few issues with anything in my apartment, but when I have they are taken care of immediately. For example, my hot water tank went out, I made a maintenance request and they were there immediately and had a new hot water tank installed within 2 hours. Not to mention the maintenance staff is made up of some of the nicest people. The office staff is amazing as well. Both Bailey and Pam are not only so sweet, but also responsive and answer any questions you have. It is a relatively quiet community, Ive never had any issues with loud neighbors, but keep in mind it is downtown so a little noise outside is expected. Moral of the story, Innes Station is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in and I wont be leaving any time soon! more ... hide ...

Update #2: Ive now been here just shy of one year. We have a new management company, and let me tell you, the new office manager is AWESOME! I have had a few conversations with her since she started a few months back , and she has always went above and beyond to make sure Im a happy tenant. Shes always friendly and welcoming when I come through the lobby. I already loved living here, but it has only gotten better over the year!Update: Ive now been here six months, and Im still enjoying it! People are nice when I pass them in the elevators, I dont hear much through the walls from my neighbors, and the staff has still been nothing but kind and helpful. Im still happy with my decision to move here.I moved in June 1st. I toured in May and immediately fell in love. I have a modest budget (Im a teacher) and didnt think Id be able to afford a place downtown that Id feel comfortable in. This place seemed too good to be true. I went ahead and decided to take the chance and signed the contract. I ran into some issues with having help moving the week I needed to move, and the office staff was very accommodating with my needs! Since being here, Ive had nothing but friendly interactions with the workers and residents in this complex.
