The absolute worst management I have ever dealt with. They have no oversight from HUD, so they basically think they get to do whatever they please. This includes, but not limited to, discrimination, fraud, unlawful and u njust evictions, constantly threatening people with their housing if they dont comply with whatever fake policy they decide to come up with that day, and they will even straight up lie in court, stating you owe rent while collecting a subsidy in your name for those same months. They DO NOT follow HUDs policies and procedures or regular policies and procedures for that matter. They SHOULD NOT be in the business of helping people because they intend to do the complete opposite. This opinion is all based off my experience with them and many other close family and friends that are too afraid to say something for the sake of their housing. ¨ Shame on you!!! more ... hide ...

The units are spacious; the rent is the most reasonable for the size and extras.In addition to the apartments, the best feature of the property is the huge back yard that slopes down through a small forest to the river. There is also a popular gazebo, along with numerous flower beds and a large, circular planting area (with birdbath). Flowers, fruits and vegetables are planted, tended and picked by volunteer residents, ending up on many dining room tables.The only reason I withheld one star is due to: 1) I couldnt give another 1/2 star, and, 2) the age of our building. However, the Management/Maintenance team we have here is top notch, and more than rises to the challenges of keeping our Residence in excellent condition. more ... hide ...

Mary, the leasing agent is completely worthless. A monkey could be trained to be a better leasing agent than her. She never answers the phone and is rarely in her office. She will promise you deadlines that she can t meet and deliver excuses like I had holiday brain, oops when the nearest holiday is 3 weeks away. She will take your application fee, not submit any of the application, and then refuse to refund your fee when you tell her a month and a half later that you cannot wait any longer for a decision on your application.
