Its a great apartment building and the neighbors are great the maintenance staff is top notch however the lack of stars comes from the laundry situation you have to use an app to load a MINIMUM of 10 onto it even though the machines cost 175 to use t Its a great apartment building and the neighbors are great the maintenance staff is top notch however the lack of stars comes from the laundry situation you have to use an app to load a MINIMUM of 10 onto it even though the machines cost 175 to use them Said machines hardly ever work correctly either they wont spin cycle your clothes over spin and rip your clothes and the dryers will not dry your clothes on one cyclennI have tried both reaching out to the landlords and the washer company but have been told multiple times nothing can be done more ... hide ...

I absolutely LOVE Innes Station This is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in Not only are the apartments huge and absolutely beautiful but the Managment and maintenance are amazing I have had very few issues with anything in my apartmen I absolutely LOVE Innes Station This is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in Not only are the apartments huge and absolutely beautiful but the Managment and maintenance are amazing I have had very few issues with anything in my apartment but when I have they are taken care of immediately For example my hot water tank went out I made a maintenance request and they were there immediately and had a new hot water tank installed within 2 hours Not to mention the maintenance staff is made up of some of the nicest people The office staff is amazing as well Both Bailey and Pam are not only so sweet but also responsive and answer any questions you have It is a relatively quiet community Ive never had any issues with loud neighbors but keep in mind it is downtown so a little noise outside is expected Moral of the story Innes Station is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in and I wont be leaving any time soon more ... hide ...
