This management needs to do better I literally have mushrooms growing in my master bedroom between bedroom and bathroom as the tub has been leaking since I moved in and I was told repairs were not feasible because they d id not have to piece to properly fix it.water has kept leaking and no now mold problem continues to get worst. By the way when I saw the apartment I was moving into, I was shown a renovated unit virtually but I got a runned down unit. I asked Jackie why the unit appeared differently on line when she did the walk through she said because the unit they use for the virtual walk through is a renovated unit so, false advertising. I moved from another state so I was not able to physically inspect the actual unit. Upon arrival to Houston I found out I had not received what I expected, roaches were flying around like Superman and mold was covered up with paint In both bathrooms. Tub is now pealing so mold is visible in between those cracks. Myself and children have been coughing and sick significantly ;with dry coughs that dont let up. I have taking them to urgent care and they are negative for COVID and every other test. I had sinus infection for two weeks. Myself kids and husband have been sick often since we moved into this unit. This place caught my eye because its appealing esthetically on the outside but the inside of this apartments are a health hazard.Both of my babies 2 and 4 are the one suffering the most because they been sick so much. more ... hide ...

This apartment complex has the most welcoming staff. The manager makes you feel welcome and explains everything her self she even shows you around. Some other apartment complex have other employees to do that and the man agers stay inside.
