My mom is a long term resident at Langwick. Miss CeCe is wonderful. She is very patient with the residents. She goes the extra mile to help us . It has been many so called managers here and none of them cared about the s eniors like Miss CeCe does. The residents are truly blessed to have her. I worry about my mom less knowing she is there. Been here going on 2 years now and have seen staff come and go...I will say this, this is the best office staff so far and I hope they stay!! They really know how to get things done! I have also noticed some improvements like yesterday we just got package lockers installed!! Also I noticed the landscapers come out on a regular now! The place always looked nicely groomed with fresh flowers. The staff is always professional from the way they deal with you to the way they are dressed. I love love LOVE my apt! I have a huge patio, a huge kitchen complete with a built in bar that has an extra sink AND a wine fridge! I always get compliments on my apt when guests come over. I also like the apt is 100% free covered parking. Would highly recommend anyone trying to stay in the Heights for a reasonable price! more ... hide ...

This place has to be the worst place I ever applied to all the office people is very unprofessional.. They say it take 2 weeks for approval like Ive never applied to an apartment that takes 2 weeks but its been a lmost a month and still no call. Ive been calling but now no one answers the phone. My move in dat was the 6th of this month 4 days away n still no call.. so Ill go ahead and deny myself if I could give this company a 0 I would READ REVIEWS BEFORE APPLYING I WISH I DID more ... hide ...
