Apartments are nice for what they are and the location theyre in but the parking situation is terrible. Ive had my vehicle towed multiple times with little to no explanation. Even after getting clarification abou t where im allowed to park my vehicle was still towed. Even worse every single phone number you try to call leads straight to a machine. I know times are tough but try to have some self respect and look elsewhere for an apartment if youre looking for a home and peace of mind. Plenty of reviews should til you these apartments are not worth. If you can afford to, save yourself the trouble, move on, look elsewhere. These apartments are nothing but seductive money pits. They lure you in with good incentives and trap you with everything theyre trying to hide with smoke and mirrors. Cant say nobody warned you, when you get stuck with a crummy apartment and your car is missing. more ... hide ...

Update 7/26/2007 Hot Water is ON. FINALLY. POTHOLES and cleaning pool and building outsides needs working on. Well fingers crossed the hot water stays on and Chiller system stay blowing cold.Update 7/25/2022 6th day STIL L NO HOT WATER. AC is on but NO HOT WATER. THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE. HMMMUpdate 07/24/2022 5th day no hot water and NOW NO AC from CHILLER UNIT. ALARM BEEPING and BEEPING on CHILLER. OFFICE MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE. I guess asking for running hot water and cool a/c is to much for Management to handle...SADUpdate 7/23/2022 4th day no water. Office management said ii was going to be on FRIDAY. NOTHING.MORNING Saturday COLD SHOWER AGAIN.Constant water issue. 3rd day no hot water. GREAT. Last month 10 days without hot water. Office management incompetent of duties. Please find new management that knows how to keep the hot water on for months and chiller system running and cool. NO ONSITE WORKER AFTER HOURS for repairs or emergency repairs.
