I want take the time out of my day to commend Aierion and Kiera both Im sure I slattered their names but I was in a situation where I had to pay over 200 for something on my account just appeared of out thin air that I was forced to pay which was a problem because I knew it had to be a mistake¦.Those ladies reassured me that they will get to the bottom of this as well as giving me the info of the person to contact in a matter like this being theyre just leasing agents it was out of their hands and guess what?!?it was handled The ladies have always been nothing but nice every time I have an encounter with either of them I been here for over 10yrs and I can honestly say these 2 women out of all the different staff I have encountered are actually trying to make a difference in that officeThanks Ladies more ... hide ...

I would give 0 or negative stars if I could. Apparently management doesnt like broken things on their property unless its theirs. Ill explain. The gate to the parking lot has been broken the 9 plus months Ive lived here, resulting in my truck being stolen. When police found it it was very heavily damaged and I paid well over 200 dollar to get it back to my apartments, well they towed it anyway. Which is pretty funny when you consider the fact my mailbox was broken into and destroyed SIX MONTHS AGO and still hasnt been fixed. They wont take money orders, checks, and half of the debit cards wont work on their website. So they make it almost impossible to pay your bills too. Every maintenance request i put in takes at least a month to get to. If ever. And they never, and I do mean NEVER respond to emails, or voice mails. Also, dont bother trying to contact corporate because they wont ever respond to you either. I have tried on many occasion to reach out to staff to find them not in the office, actively avoiding my calls and emails, this review is my last resort of trying to get my issues heard. more ... hide ...

These apartments are the worst. Their plumbing is awful .My toilet would overflow every other day & all they would do is open the outside pipe to let all the mess flow into the residence parking lot .Their maintenance me n are so unprofessional they dont have the tools needed to make repairs & when they find something that will do they make the problem worse not to mention the mess they leave not cleaning after themselves. It is also left unrepaired until they have the time to call a professional not caring about the mess you have to come to from work everyday.When you walk out of your apartments the smell of sewer is what wakes you up every morning so gross!It is roach, spiders & ant infested oh & lets not forget the bed bugs! We threw away our couches & our mattresses & most of our linens & clothing when we moved out.When you drive into your apartments your view will always be their trash bins which are constantly overflowing with trash bags, old furniture, mattresses & the city dumpster will not take it so itll sit there for weeks.I reported these apartments to the city ordinance department their no. is 311 save it because if you are moving in youre going to need it...Concerning parking you have to pay $25.00 more to reserve a spot because most apartments have more tenants living there than they should & take up all the parking spaces when theyre not even on the lease. Some tenants park on the street.It is one of the worst areas to raise your children. Northaven is all prostitutes, drug dealers & addicts, homeless & thieves roaming your street, apartments & area. Some of these people live at Sierra Vista. Save yourselves the hassle & stress. They may be cheaper in price but this is why. Definitely NOT WORTH IT!!! more ... hide ...
