Hello To. NORTH CREEK DALLAS . Team or owner currently my family live 2 BD room condo. Location is. 9633 pinyon Tree LN Dallas Tx . A new resident my cousin just move into your community since one three weeks hi s AC and heat is not working they are refugee family . He went to the office talk to one black lady her name was Shannon . She told him to move out from the apartment if you dont know how to run digital thermostat . It was very cold last night and they have 3 little kids . he went to Home Depot buy a small heater just keep the room warm a little bit the rest of the apartment is very cold all over. The apartment technician guy came over he turn on the electric breaker after three minute he left from apartment. The breaker went off and down again every two minut breaker go off. We are a humble requesting you to keep this family kids warm in this cold weather. Again since three weeks they have no AC and no heat . It has technical or electrical issue. If I can give 0 stars I would. First, they will offer you a gift card to reel you in and wont give it to you for months. You will have to really fight for that gift card thats supposedly a gift from them . The office manager kicked my partner and I out of her office for asking about the water bill & the $1,000 overcharge on our rent. Weve been here for six months and every month we have an issue with miscellaneous fees. They also charge you a fee for paying your rent. If you do decide to move here make sure you look through your lease so they dont overcharge you on water/ other bills because thats what they will do. They were also charging camera fees for 4 months but they werent even on. They also tried to charge a trash fee thats included in the rent already and because we didnt pay it they send a eviction notice. This is the WORST APARTMENT. They will act very nice to you before you move in and during inquiry; but once you move in they will not treat you this same way. Also there is a HUGE infestation with COCKROACHES. They lied and told us theyre waterbugs. Theyre in the elevators, apartments, hallways, and come out of the sink¤ When I first moved here there was a lady in the office complaining that there were many roaches on her bed I shouldve took that as a red flag and took my money to another apartment. Also Id like to note that we are very clean and keep the apartment neat and tidy at all times. Any apartment run by S2 to capital do not move there. You can call them and complain and they will literally do nothing. The only good thing about this apartment was how helpful the maintenance crew was. more ... hide ...
