If I could give zero stars I would. This apartments suck. Roaches everywhere, no mater if you clean daily, call the exterminator every other week you will not see any results. To say I cant even cook in my kitchen in pea ce because there is bugs crawling in the stove. Its disgusting. They should make it a thing that the whole apartments get the exterminator twice a month. I would definitely NOT recommend this apartments to my friends or family, not unless they take action in getting rid the bugs. more ... hide ...

The entire office team here as been the absolute best! They genuinely care for their residents and work hard to keep this place up and running. No matter the issue, they will communicate and work with you in whatever it is you need. Ive been in the community since July, stressed at the time to find a fast location, Michelle Contreras made everything possible for me to make that happen. I am so thankful for Michelle in getting me in as fast as she did, as well as a stress free process. I have not lived in an apartment community as clean, quiet and nice in this location, the location is so amazing here in Austin. I would highly recommend it and love living here. more ... hide ...

Do do move in here. They show you no respect as a resident! I been living here for about 5 years now and Im ready to move out! Yesterday their staff left my door open! They didnt bother to close and lock it. Anything cou ld have happened! Im a single mother, so this is unacceptable! Especially when the office is always sending us letters because people keep breaking into other peoples cars!!! And you wanna be irresponsible and leave my door open, are you kidding me!! Also I almost got kicked out of the pool because I didnt have a pool pass, which by the way they never informed me of. I received the pass once I went to the office to complain. more ... hide ...
