My son and I have lived at the Aria Grand Apartments since they opened back in January of 2020. The location is fantastic, and the apartment building is always maintained and immaculate. The location is so close to downt own, I get to work in under 5 minutes. The property management company, and Manager(Sandra) are awesome, always willing to assist you in anyway they can. Hello Im Michelle Poole. I have a mom who lives there at these apartments. She is disabled and on hospice. I got a call from her nurse that her toilet was clogged and overflowing. She wasnt sure if my mom had rep orted it so I called up to the office today 8/24/2020 at 2:30 pm and I reported what was going on. The lady I spoke to was rather rude. This is very unacceptable and uncalled for. She acted like a it was a bother and she got kind of smart. All she had to say thank and we will check on the situation. Im not to sure what all the hype Is a bout in the reviews here. Seems like people just get upset when things dont go their way I guess. Pretty petty and foolish if you ask me gives eww a name for the ridiculous pouts g iven, like your adults people this complex has come along way from where it was and continues to show growth amongst the property and its staff. Great people by the way so caring and willing to go above and beyond for their residents. Trust me Ive been a home owner on the nearby street for over 10 years and have great communication with management and also have community classes with multiple residents there to know what Im talking about.Sounds like most recent bad reviews on here are just cry for attention since their lies were no longer mistaken for honesty.
