I went to see the apartment. I had made an appointment for after parent/teacher conferences. On the web site under apartment amenities it says washer/dryer. It doesnt say in select homes. I got to the place and first of all the nice woman wasnt wearing a mask. She said she cant because she has Asthma. I understand that, but she can wear a shield. Then she was really nice and said there are a lot of apartments that need to be turned around so she could have one by the time I want to move it. I told her I wanted to see one and was told that she couldnt show one to me. I asked her if she expected me to rent it sight unseen. she said she could show me pictures.. I told her I could see pictures online. Thats when I said \"There are washer and dryers in the apartment homes right?\" She told me no only in the apartment homes.Red flags went up and I said thank you and left. What kind of a place would I be living in if they lie on their website. more ... hide ...

I have lived at Sunpointe for 3 or a little over that, I just want to let you know about my experience with my staying here. Its a quite community well kept the apartment are a bit old but they try to update them as much as possible to make your living a good one, this are just a few great things. what really make me happy and makes me want to renew for another year is the office team they are super nice and out going they make you feel at home. Manager trys to help out the best she can ether with finding help to pay rent or working with us with a payment arrangement. it had been hard for me this pass year but they have work with me so much and being so understandable and very helpful . I real love this place will be staying here for one more year or even two.. Thank you girls for everything you all do. more ... hide ...

Family oriented, friendly people in my experience visiting friend that lives there. Ive always felt warmly welcomed by everyone. It seems theres a wide variety of cultures and I like that very much, as Im originally from NY, Italian predominantly little Norwegian family, in my ancestors, but in the youth the cultures & ethnicities are mixed and I love them all dearly! I find that, so long as you are respectful and treat others kindly, as you wish to be treated, you never have a problem. I demand respect, but I also give it. Im old school 100%. As for living I personally need more space myself. If the rooms were bigger and garaged parking I could definitely see living here when I down size. Ok, maybe with a heated pool & fitness room. Really, they have covered parking, its a gated community, Im not sure if the pool is heated, or not. That is an easy fix with a solar cover making it year round pool for exercise, or getting solar panels to heat pool, or making the entire complex solar energy efficient! Just food for thought for management! Probably never have a vacancy, and the cost of solar installation will pay for itself in a few years and in no time youll be making bank from the power company paying you for all the solar generated from your panels. When I moved in November of 2021, there was just issues with move in , bugs , and what not, I brought it to the office attention, but nothing was done. And then we got a NEW OFFICE MANAGER, in January of 2022, and I went to the office and personally talked with her , and she actually listened to my complaints and she took care of everything and convinced me not to break my lease because the complaints and issues were taken care of.
