Nice place. Friendly people BUT very aggressive and vicious loud barking dog lives in bldg. 14. This dog is psycho. Not trained at all for a house pet. Supposed to be a service dog for a deaf couple which is B.S. No serv ice animal is aggressive or vicious. This dog has the temperment of a dog trained for underground dog fights and attack dog. This dog is extremely loud and aggressive that not suitable to be around small children or even other people especially in a close environment. This dog is constantly in attack mode and will aggressively bark at everyone and everything even if its 50 feet away or poses no threat. This dogs temperament is more similar of a wolf in the wild) than a domesticated house pet. This dog does not belong around a lot of people especially in an environment where people live close together. But thank God this dog is always on a leash when the owner takes it for a walk . My friend is moving into these dumps...and we are begging her not to! Horrible! I did not know anything so bad even existed in tucson! We went to check on her place.. Which was of course not done yet. Day after day...not done. And people were fighting and yelling. Even right outside the office...they did nothing. Likely scared to death. Broken windows, creepy ! Its like what I imagine will be after the end of the world. Low income should never mean unsafe. And these places are not safe. I dont know who overseas section 8 and program housing...but they are doing a lousy job. In fact Im going to contact the housing programs..and tell them they are seriously dropping the ball. This complex is a true diamond in the rough. Having resided here for over a year, the changes so far are excellent. Our new manager is excellent. Taking steps to clean up and keep this residence is not easy. My wife and I are happy here! We are glad for the improvements Rochelle makes here on a daily basis. Being safe and comfortable where you live should be important to everyone-yet many are not willing to see it is a two way street. Everyone that lives here can help, this used to be a place where people used to get drugs and a hangout for the homeless. Now these folks find other places to be. My wife and I are grateful.
