I only moved here because i was fresh out of college and had nowhere to go. But if you can, AVOID THIS PLACE. Leasing team and management switch every month, the lady who answers the phone(when they do answer) always has an attitude, BED BUGS, pest control only makes more bugs come out, nobody is ever in the leasing office. Im moving out and literally nobody is in the office for me to drop off the keys! Are you serious??? THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. This place is a mess. I enjoyed my stay here at Townsend Square Townhomes. The actual apartments are a good size for 2 people to live and is adequately layed out, even if the living room area is a little awkward.The downstairs area is all lin oleum that looks like hard wood while the stairs and 2nd story are mostly carpeted, with the bathroom having linoleum tile. Linoleum is not my favorite, but it is definitely easy to clean.The management is kind and easy to talk to, and they quickly answered any emails we sent. Maintenance concerns were quickly taken care of and always fixed.They are slowly upgrading the place. Just a couple of months ago they replaced all the windows in the apartments with double panes which definitely helped with cooling and heating cost.We did on occasion have bugs (ants, cockroaches, spiders) which a simple email to the management quickly resulted in people coming in to spray. After 10 months the only things that persist are the occasional ant.My biggest complaint is when the weather gets warmer the people living here get loud, especially at night even if there is quiet hours laid out in the lease that everyone signs. This seems to not be enforced and can get annoying if you are trying to sleep.Just like any apartment complex your neighbors will make or break your experience.
