We lived at Shaver Green for many years, paid our rent on time every single month, deep cleaned the apartment when we moved out, left no damages.We received a letter saying our account was completed and we had no bills. We were given our FULL deposit back.Now 2 months later we receive notice in the mail that Shaver Green and Pinnacle Management has sent us to collections and is damaging our credit over $22 THAT THEY NEVER BILLED US FOR! We havent received a single call, e-mail, letter, NOTHING.It appears as though the new manager at Shaver Green has no clue what they are doing. Were quite upset that we endured the stolen property, urine filled elevators, other people accidentally being given keys to our home, and other constant issues for so many years with a positive attitude only to now have them pull this. more ... hide ...

I might be a crass hole but theyre the ones with the illegal grade over the sidewalk onto the private drive that they own of about 16 as opposed to the maximum grade of 8 which they paid to be installed illegally. They are assuredly the biggest puck sticks in this world because after I asked for their insurance info they reported me to the police for harrasment. I will be suing them shortly and I invite all who have had their vehicles damaged by this lip (judging by all the gouges in the payement there are many of us) to join me in a class action lawsuit. We might just, together, be able to put them out of business or at least get our god hamned bumpers fixed. more ... hide ...

Living above the nightclubs has been a life changing nightmare for me.i have totally rearranged my life to live here.nothing normal happens here.the staff is great though.its like trying to sleep in a room with a band pl aying their loud music.im awake most of the night and sleep all day.my retirement years are being spent in graveyard mode. more ... hide ...

I just moved into the brand new Yamhill Firs Apartments which is right next door to this ghetto. Since I moved in at the beginning of March 2018, Ive seen 2 incidents involving police. One of which there were at least 20 cops with rifles walking into the complex right passed my patio. Also, there are tons of screaming kids running amuck until the late evening hours. Not to mention trash from the ghetto residents blows over to our property constantly. The biggest headache though, is the community center in the complex which is directly behind our bottom floor apt. They have parties there every Saturday from 4pm until at least 11pm. The doors are wide open and the mariachi music blasts right to our windows. Really sad we cant enjoy a nice quite Saturday in our nice complex cuz these people gotta party.
