I live here.Maybe it depends where you come from.If youre downgrading to come to a place like this, I cant relate.As one who came from every-other-option-was-worse than a senior residence, this place exceeded every one o f my low and apprehensive expectations.For me, its a resort.My apartment has wooden floors, a stainless kitchen sink, all the appliances are modern/efficient (I never had any of that all together before). If it needs to be repaired, it gets repaired. It is quiet and comfortable. The building is cement/cinder-block and is the quietest apartment building I have ever lived in. (Neighbors are neighbors. Even yelling right next door sounds like a vague muffled TV you have to pay attention to to hear)The home forward management company has been nothing but helpful since I moved in. There are constant programs offered of services for seniors and disabled to lower rent, food, energy and/or utility expenses.Considering: all of this has to be done with/within government regulations and I doubt very much that these are well paying jobs and, again, my low apprehensive expectations were exceeded by the well meaning people running the place. Despite some management turmoil during the pandemic nothing fell apart.Im lucky to be here and as long as republicans dont get ahold of it, Ill continue to be. more ... hide ...

I lived here in 2012 to 2013 and really loved everything about it from the apartment to the staff the area and how i could walk everywhere. This would be 5 starts but i had to take one off for them not notifying me i sti ll owed $400 and the collection agency listed an apartment i never lived at for the balance it was only after disputing it was i notified it was for this amazing place. The collector was really nice and of course i was happy to pay what i owed but after 6 years you would think someone would have called me or it would have shown up sooner on my credit. But honestly you cant go wrong living here it really is a great community just call them after you move to make sure you dont owe anything. more ... hide ...
