Ive been treated well ever since Ive been here Im goin onto 7 years and Ive been safe and consistent with my life here my only problem is with the parking spot not being directly in front of my house like my old unit, another thing is I dont know who owns all these cats here but other than that I approve of this apartment. And the Supervisor in the office I hope shes here for a while, shes very nice and understanding I appreciate all the help she has given me and the rest of the tenants I pray she keeps it up. more ... hide ...

Best amenities such as pool, gym and clubhouse. Very responsive maintenance staff and easy move out process. Great location in midtown Phoenix. Energy efficient appliances. Best gas stoves for apartment dwelling.Downside to living here were loud and inconsiderate neighbors, very thin walls and God forbid if you live in an apartment unit under tenants above. You will hear every sounds from side to side, upper and lower. A bit too pricey for the small spaces, and also cant really utilize the patio space, not private at all.
