Property management companies are not responsible for an individuals choice to disrupt this peaceful communities compliant tenants. Nor are they responsible for the neighborhoods criminal element. What they are responsible for is to provide information and warnings of policy changes. Mandatory cable and internet service have become a very uncomfortable choice made by management without any concerns regarding income restrictions of the tenants or choice.
