Its a nice area for the elderly close to downtown and the New Brite shopping plaza. Only thing is that the person in charge is rude and hes barely ever in the office should something go wrong.

School apartments in not a convenient location for families, friends, visiting Nurses because they have over 150 apartments and 5 visiting parking space available only. Also they have a towing company waiting for your c ar to be towed away.Do Not Park on residents space. it doesnt matter emergency or anysituation. dont waisted your time to get in touch with the management company they will offer you to park on the street at your on risk.or Park enside at school parking lot at your on risk to.towing charge is $137.00 dollars plus your pickup car location is over 2 miles away from the school property .They have some one monitoring the park lots all day for towing olny. Do you or anyones thinking moving youre love ones on this location get ready to sleep over snowing days when the state doesnt allow anyone to park on the streets. Remember is only 5 space available for visiting and employees parking it means no homemakers companion PCA and nurses aid unfortunately to park and provide care dutys on this location. this school management company they dont have consideration for the caregivers. more ... hide ...

This complex seems to me as the average layout of a small apartment complex in most Connecticut inner cities. Upon first glance outside, it doesnt appear to be very elegant, but once you enter the apartments they see m to have been redone very modern. Most have nice hardwood floors with a shiny finish. The appliances are new, as well as all the plumbing fixtures. Unfortunately, we seem to run into the same problems as we do with most inner city apartment owners, they do not seem to be in a rush to repair issues in the buildings.Like this one, for instance, has a problem with leaky pipes. Apparently, some type of squirrel(obviously the ones on steroids)have eaten through the pipes and caused a major leak into one of the apartments. At least, that was the report given by the property manager. Now, I didnt know that everyday tree squirrels had jaws like that to eat through a copper or lead pipe. Furthermore, I wasnt aware that either of the metals was on their diet. ¤«At any rate, I had to take my rating down because of it, for an otherwise pretty decent 2 bedroom apartment building on the lower end of the income spectrum. more ... hide ...

Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the Autism Inpatient Unit. My son was in crisis and even after my repeated urging that he was NOT ready for discharge, he was discharged too soon and is back in crisis. I was h opeful that since my son was just discharged in January, that he would be able to go back quickly for another stay. Unfortunately, weve been kept waiting over 60 days. There should be more facilities like this, so this isnt the only option available.I will say whole he was there, staff was extremely nice and answered my multiple phone calls daily. Everyone was professional and respectful. However, I know my child best and I knew he wasnt ready.Edited to add: We had waited over 90 days in crisis. It was obvious he was not going to get back in there. We removed him from the wait-list. I should have pushed harder and ascertained my rights for a better discharge plan.
