I moved here about a year and a half ago and its had its ups and downs. When our manager Mrs Pancy left it went down hill for about 6 months. The assistant manager was very rude and unprofessional, and never had main tenance fix any problems. Then Heaven sent us Mrs Shannon. She has stopped the riff raft, added small amenities to the property, listens to our problems, and sends maintenance right away to fix any problems we have. I know there are a lot of changes to come, and I know Mrs shannon has our best interest at heart. If youre looking for a place to live where people actually care, stop on and fill out an application. We been in this apartment for two years now the first year was great landlord was amazing but July of last year we had no landlord no one in the office to report and me and my son reported our changes every time we chang e jobs with the guy in the office and now there trying to say my son didnt report his change the phone aways going to the answer service this apartment place is a mess I hate I move from Marshall it hit it here. Sink still mess up bugs bad on the apartment this place is just a lie. Please dont move here the moment I get on my feet Im gone. more ... hide ...

A quite clean place to live. Manager Kerry is is friendly and careing. She is helpful and goes out of her way to solve any problems that arise. The Appartment sizes are perfect for one person. The building is clean and w ell mantained. The rent price Is good for a person who is retired on SS . It is perfect for one person.
