I actually really love it here...Im not a bells and whistles kind of person, so I dont mind that these are more modest apartments. Its quiet and central enough, and the price is great (in my opinion, but I did just move from Orlando). I would gladly give it 5 stars, but my only issue is that if you have a freak emergency (for example, my wallet was stolen and there is NOTHING I can do about it...) even with a police report, they still want to charge a late fee. I get it if thats habitual, but the lack of compassion for something that is beyond my control....that I have documented proof for after never having been late before is unsettling and comes across as cold and greedy. Even my NYC property manager was more understanding and forgiving to their tenants when things happened beyond their control. So the lack of understanding and grace is an adjustment, but other than that I have nothing negative to report, and have found my time here pleasant. more ... hide ...

Really need to work better on the snow removal for these residents. Most are elderly or debilitated in some way. It took me 20mins to dig out my mothers car today because whomever is in charge of the snow removal d id the bare minimal and had about 2-3 feet of snow to the sides and front of the vehicles in the parking lot. Help these folks out a little bit better please. Fortunately, I live close enough to my Mother that I am able to help, but Im sure there are many residents who have no family at all to help out. more ... hide ...
