I have a pretty nice apartment , although the rent just went up, it did all over Phoenix since Covid started.The managers here are kind and willing to work things out if you have a financial problem. The deposits are not as high as other places, and the groundskeepers and maintenance are constantly working to keep the grounds clean and nice. I have enjoyed my time here.
