You wouldve thought this agency was a help center for those needing housing, disabled & three month pregnant couple looking for low income housing/income based housing received an email claiming we had been eligible for immediate occupancy with our income only to get in contact with a representative one time over the phone.She would later become unresponsive after provided all she requested to later then tell us after we paid an application fee there was no room on the waiting list and they were taking no more applications.Couldnt have told us that before you actively continued asking for income information?Our hopes were high for this place for about 3 weeks after the first email¦Every other office is open during COVID-19,you would think you could talk to someone in person.Pretty much paid an application fee to be put on a waitlist in which you wont be considered?Very unprofessional.I know that there are those who do not even have income staying at these apartments.Southwest solutions has provided us no solutions. more ... hide ...

Please do NOT let your loved ones stay here!!They steal from the elderly who live here.They stoled my mother-in-laws birth certificate and social security card, Christmas decorations, and whatever money was in her closet . She went and told the front desk and they told her the video from their CCTV was not working that day.They are constantly doing inspections and telling people they cant keep pans in their oven for storage. They inspect to see if the burners on stove are clean and spotless. Sounds crazy but thats what they say.They make sure there is no furnishings, tvs, and knick-knacks by the window. They say its for fire safety but really, what old person is going to be jumping out the windows there (this place has three floors.)They also want windows closed all the time. You cant open windows even though heat is blasting in the early summer (they dont turn AC on till June.)They want everyone to sign in and out when visiting, visitors cant use their loved ones card to get in without be scolded by one of the ladys that work there. Sounds safe and secured until they steal from you.The people who run the building are some of the people who live there. They work together and dont care about the rest.Many people have moved out and have said that they too had their belongings end up missing.One family did not know that their loved one was in the morgue for two months! This placed failed to inform their families in order to keep collecting money from a deceased man.Nice building and and area. The crooked, self-absorbed people running this building need to be exposed and replaced with people who care about the elderly and not ignore and steal. more ... hide ...
