Dont let the outside fool ya. I gave it a go for a year, and am blessed to get out of there. The manager (Jessica, who also manages Heritage Oaks Annex, and Stanford Place here in Cleveland) is so grouchy, fat, and laz y she dont come out of her chair. She, and the main office dont listen to both tennets issues because its a little extra work. Sewage back up on the sidewalk, NOSY NEIGHBORS (high gossip, drama, and hatefulness). If your looking for a cheap stop before the nursing home or the grave...this is it! Otherwise STAY AWAY! more ... hide ...

Absolutely disgusting!! First of all the entire building is infested with roaches, they are even in hallways and elevators. No matter how clean you are and how much you spend on traps you will not get rid of them. Youll have hundreds of them. This is no small issue. Its a compelte infestation. However if thus hasnt scared you off yet they also have bed bugs. Youll get a monthly inspection by someone pretending to be pest control , who actually doesnt know anything about bugs. The spray will do nothing but bring more out. Theres also an issue with someone in the building pushing all the buttons on the elevator so that it doesnt work this is an issue since even thr first floor is up about 4 flights of stairs. The manager, lyn jenkins, doesnt care about the residents. She will lie to your face and tell you the building doesnt have bugs..also theres homeless people who hang out here. They just sit on the stairs and even when asked to move they dont. Also if youre looking for drugs this is the place! I have no good things to say except that the resident supervisor is a very nice woman who actually does care and tries to help. This place needs to be bulldozed! more ... hide ...

I lived here back in 1990 when I was going to college.i was a single mother .the manager back then was Margie Woody and she was very strict.you were allowed no visitors and she was always on watch for what shed call \"th e boyfriends\".She was constantly looking looking out her windows to see what was going on and always noising in your business.The only people she liked were the few older people that didnt have kids that lived there.This place is not somewhere to live long term.it is in a bad part of town. more ... hide ...
