Most employees do not leave a position because of pay issues. Usually, its poor management that drives out the best associates and drives up the cost of training and productivity.I was a visiting guest at Pioneer Village in January of 2022. Upon entering, I was appalled by the condition off the carpets and the odor of the facility. In fact, my first thought was, How soon can I get my fianc©e out of here and into anywhere else!I again visited Pioneer Village in April of 2022. There was such a difference in the smell and cleanliness that my first thought was, Is this the same apartment complex?Upon inquiring as to cause of the turnaround, I was informed that a new Assistant Manager was responsible for the improvement. So, Id like to be certain that you know that Ernestina Jacquez has changed the entire environment and greatly enhanced the first impression of visitors like me.
