I have lived here for 4 years We have had problems keeping a manager for over a year now Same for Maintnence and janitor I love my apt though This place was run like a tight ship when I first moved here But because of all the personnel problems ment I have lived here for 4 years We have had problems keeping a manager for over a year now Same for Maintnence and janitor I love my apt though This place was run like a tight ship when I first moved here But because of all the personnel problems mentioned above it has really become disappointing Such a nice property not being run better or at all for that matter With that said we recently got a new manager and maintenance I can really see that these 2 are on top of things Im so thankful for our new staff Kudos to Paulette Kelly and Justin Morris You guys are doing a great job and are giving us back our expectations for a nice and safe home at Asheboro Mill Lofts Very grateful more ... hide ...

I have lived here for two and a half years I love living here We have high ceiling Heights and hardwood floors The floors are delightful mix of old factory and new replacement boards There is a historical and industrial feel to the buildings For t I have lived here for two and a half years I love living here We have high ceiling Heights and hardwood floors The floors are delightful mix of old factory and new replacement boards There is a historical and industrial feel to the buildings For the first two and a half years there were problems in keeping management here Most of them perhaps needed to go anyways The new manager we have now plays by the rules As she is highly productive and professional but at the same time very personable and seems to invest her all in keeping this complex a nicer place to live The previous regional manager told me she had 20 plus years of experience and it shows The maintenance is done by a man who knows a lot more than the previous personnel He gets it done fast and right I am ecstatic that corporate hired these fine folks I am very happy here more ... hide ...

After complaining to my landlord about these issues for over a year, they still haven't sent anyone out to repair anything. When I gave notice that I was leaving, she asked why; so I informed her about all of these problems that had been going on for some time now but all she could say was "Are you sure you want to move? We're remodeling apartments." There has been no remodeling at all nor any fixing of what's wrong with my apartment so why would I stay there? Although these are low-income apartments, no one should have to live like this; with mold growing under their sink due to having taken apart pipes just so they can wash dishes in their bathtub instead.
