Edit Rental Inquiry I need a 2 bedroom at least by May 1st. I have myself (23), my boyfriend (23), our son (2) and a 11 month old micro pocket bully (male). The most I want to pay in rent is $800. I live In the town centre apartments here in locust but the property management is awful. Always getting eviction threats over nothing and they tell people to snitch on each other and to take pictures of them if they�re doing something wrong, including even of your children.

Despite being part of equal housing, they are not hospitable toward people of color. The only issues I encountered were during my last year living there, including multiple cases of racial profiling, receipt of numerous threat letters of eviction and lease terminations for minor matters, and reprimands for my children playing outside - which is not very family-friendly. Although the location is tranquil and close to stores and shopping centers, the apartments are spacious but not well-maintained. In the end, I feel the management should strive to better serve their tenants when it comes to customer service, respect, and basic decency, particularly for people of color. more ... hide ...
