I just called the office to ask about turning in my application and the lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessionalI couldve snapped back but shes not worth my time Her attitude has really changed my mind of wanting to move there Smh

The Secretary was very unprofessional and rude She definitely needs to be trained on phone etiquette I truly feel sorry for the tenants for have to deal with the blaint disrespect and nonchalant attitude on a daily basis
