Maintenance responded very quickly to my washer machine not working and had it fixed in less then 24 hrs they were very professional and went above and beyond and even changed my air filter while they were in my apartment

The majority of the HVAC systems are older, so they sometimes malfunction. There is a lovely shared outdoor area with a pool, a grilling area, and nice outdoor furniture. Some of the units are slightly outdated, and similarly to most rentals in Reno, the rent can increase by $100 to $200 each year. Most units have a half bathroom off the kitchen, yet it is hard to view them before placing a deposit because there are no pictures. The building manager is okay, but not what one would assume from someone who has been there as long as her. They do the necessary to maintain the units prior to someone moving in, so it is essential to stay on top of the leadership. They are responsive when repairs are required, making it one of the better places to rent in Reno.
