Nice looking apartments BUT sure would be nice if they would keep grounds and STREET around building clean The cutter are always full of garbage

Five times I told the managers about ants swarming my bathroom sink at night and five times they had a groggy bug man blow puffs of chemical Bugs and DrugsThe apartment I lived in here had chronic ant and pest problems. Five times I told the managers about ants swarming my bathroom sink at night and five times they had a groggy bug man blow puffs of chemical around but the bugs kept coming.I finally moved out because something else bit me behind my ear and all over my scalp while I slept--I have pictures of the fang marks. The bites made me sick with flu-like symptoms that took almost a year to get over. I moved out because of the bugs and the need to protect my health; the owners are now suing me for another months rent. They look like clean-cut, lovely people but they are miserable human beings. Guess I would be too if I had to spend my days there.I lived in two different apartments in this complex--there were meth users and dealers above and beside me in both locations. The owners knew this but didnt care because these particular drug users were on disability and the owners loved the automatic rent deposits the government made to their bank account each month.This place is a nightmare. more ... hide ... The manager that used to be here, was horrible. She lied, stole and treated the residents like they were a bother. The manager thats here now, is a total opposite. Shes kind to everyone. The building is well taken care of. New carpeting throughout, painted the outside of the building and the apartments are nice. Of course they raised the rent to pay for it, but its still affordable. All in all, its a nice, quiet place to live. The majority of the residents are also very nice people. If you can get an apartment here, I would suggest you try. more ... hide ...
