There were always loud neighbors, safety issues, potholes in the parking lot, poor living conditions (i.e continuous mold growth, leaking windows, cops always showing up, broken water heater during winter, broken a/c in summer, icy walkways, fire damage not being appropriately treated). The complex went through property managers very quickly. Although most were nice, they seemed to lack adequate training.
