Festus Gardens is a good place to live I have lived here for almost 10 years The Management team they have now as really cleaned up the place They are income based within walking distance of parks stores the library and more The management is very ni Festus Gardens is a good place to live I have lived here for almost 10 years The Management team they have now as really cleaned up the place They are income based within walking distance of parks stores the library and more The management is very nice they care about the families that live here They have a summer program the feeds the kids in around the community lunch they also do fun stuff for the kids on the Holidays They take the time to get to know you The maintenance team is also very nice I have never had a problem getting something fixed I would recommend these Apartments to anybody needing a place more ... hide ...

I have always been meticulous when cleaning apartments upon moving out and have never had any issues. Every room was cleaned when we left, but we were still charged for cleaning each room. When you move in, thoroughly inspect every corner and document any repairs that need to be done. Be aware that the maintenance worker is quite odd and does not fix things properly; he had to come out multiple times for the same issue. They even charged us for replacing drip pans that already looked brand new. The administrator is rarely there and is not available if you need her. Obey the complex's strict rules and regulations or else you may face eviction for having visitors over. Choose another complex if you would like to live without limitations. more ... hide ...
