If something breaks or doesnt work I call the awesome maintenance guy and they are there with in hours. The owner has been awesome. Chris has been great, we had a death in the family and had to fly out of town and we were not able to pay our rent on time. The gym is small but everything you need is there and alway accessible. They let you use the party room for showers or birthdays , or Xmas parties for free- all you have to do is clean up after yourself ( no brainer ) its a very nice laid back place to live. more ... hide ...
