The apartment is very clean and the Maintenance care very much and clean very well but my suggestion is to at least have security guards because the parking lot is very dangerous day and night

Although I no longer reside there, during my time there months ago I noticed a decrease in standards. I relished living there until my final year when it became overrun with mice and management did very little to address the problem. When they did call in pest control, they only treated one apartment at intervals which meant the problem remained unsolved and the mice persisted as a BIG issue. They were basically everywhere. This eventually led to us having to move out. Additionally, later on during my stay, the elevator, garage and other shared spaces were constantly littered with food and trash. Some of the tenants would regularly stack garbage in the trash shoot area or the garage which I imagine didn't help with the mouse problem. Being someone who likes to keep a clean home, this was a concern.
