They were talking to me for months like I was still approved and going up the waiting list. They said it was an error on their end that they approved me in the first place, so I asked since it was an error on their end if they would waive the next application. The woman on the phone was very sharp and rude after I asked that and said they dont give refunds, I said no I would like the application WAIVED.
