I love the apartment & how they updated everything, I enjoy how close to everything it is. I dont like how slow management is, I put a work order in to get my A/C fixed because I kept waking up to water all over my floor and no one yet as showed up. They told me numerous times they were coming but didnt show up. They even said they had an HVAC guy coming to fix it but that was months ago. Ive mentioned it to the landlord but she doesnt seem to care, so if there is damage to the new floors then thats on them. I hate the old people who live here, they are so nosey & rude, all they do is sit in the lobby judging people, so I dont really use the amenities unless its 1 am and the old people are asleep.
