Plus you are renting, so what gives them the rights to tell you you have too many visitors? Personally, I think this should be a retirement renters only. Also daughter asked to move to a 2 bedroom but was told she had finish her lease but yet someone was there about 6 months was able to move to 2 bedroom remind you this person is single and no kids. Oh the deposit is redundant. Remind you we removed all trash, scrubbed the walls down, probably the most cleanest condition youll find when someone moves out.
