If you have any other choice do not rent form this apartment location. The company that owns it has better well kept apartment buildings with nice tenants. I do not know why they are letting this one be overran with people that dont know how to live properly. I have contacted the apartment leasing agent and the company that owns the building. You will likely have to change your renters insurance because they require that that your insurance covers bed bugs. Most traditional insurance agencies dont cover so they have a company they recommend. The price is comparable to most rental insurance agencies.
