Absolutely horrible home health care agency They are not alone These agencies have no oversight Complaining to the State does absolutely nothing to help The problem is that all these agencies have a cookiecutter approach meaning they send any aid Absolutely horrible home health care agency They are not alone These agencies have no oversight Complaining to the State does absolutely nothing to help The problem is that all these agencies have a cookiecutter approach meaning they send any aide that is available instead of trying to match an aide with the clients personality and needs A lot of the aides have thick heavy accents and you cant understand them and they cant understand or follow simple directions Theyre extremely unprofessional in that they dont arrive on time use work hours to conduct their personal business and act like they dont know what their job duties are based on the individuals service plan I need a lawyer more ... hide ...
