The original manager when we moved in was a drug addict along with her entire family and a good amount of the tenants.I really dont even know where to start about this place, This is one of the worst places I have ever had the delight of living in.Maintenance does not get done in any way, the manager from PDC that we see maybe once every 3 or 4 months basically just says its our problem not theirs.Kids on any given day roam unchecked, which is normally not a huge deal for me but when its 10 or 11pm and theyre riding around the small parking lot on their bikes, someone is eventually going to get hit.There is always trash on the grounds, grass and landscaping is done weeks if not months after it needs to be, snow is rarely touched in the winter Again this is the tenants problem not the management, apparently.Parties or loud music and obnoxious yelling extend well into the late hours and not only on the weekends.There hasnt been an actual apartment manager for at least 6 months. There have been a few that come and go for a few weeks at a time but they never actually do anything here. The rare event a manager from PDC companies comes to the apartments they are EXTREMELY rude, inconsiderate, and obnoxious, Especially the larger lady that comes here more commonly than the others. They feel that posting a page on their office window that inspections will be done in a few days is appropriate notice, the often make rude and unprofessional comments to the tenants. Every other month we get a notice MAYBE week in advance that there will be no one in the office for a couple weeks and that we are responsible for mailing our rent to Arkansas, and that if they receive it late there will be fees.There have been several cars broken into the past few months and of course the management does nothing about it, they do not change a thing. Replacing some of the parking lot lights that are out would be a great start.The rent is decently cheap for the size of the apartments but this place is horrid, especially for having a family here.
