2022-06-09T20:49:22ZI am a furniture delivery professional that had a delivery at Morningside Court apartments When the delivery was complete I was met by the building janitor a 56 Hispanic gentleman wearing a baseball cap who was completely unprofessional verbally abus I am a furniture delivery professional that had a delivery at Morningside Court apartments When the delivery was complete I was met by the building janitor a 56 Hispanic gentleman wearing a baseball cap who was completely unprofessional verbally abusive and irrate without justification I later found out that it was part of his jobresponsibility to inform the delivery people of the proper procedure and protocols however he did not make me and my coworker aware of any guidelines and instead took it upon himself to insult us as well as be aggressive and offensive I actually thought he was going to take a physical swing at me That is no way for a person to act while at work that is no way to treat people for just doing their job or anybody especially in a senior residence That building janitor or manager definitely needs to be repramanded and retrained or fired more ...
