There is no possible way for me to give negative stars for this apartment complex but if I could I most definitely would The new management that recently took over is Sansone Group and they are located in St Louis Missouri which is no where near the There is no possible way for me to give negative stars for this apartment complex but if I could I most definitely would The new management that recently took over is Sansone Group and they are located in St Louis Missouri which is no where near the grounds of the complex which is problem number 1 The old landlord worked with PK Management and left shortly after Sansone took over You can read reviews below on the old manager and her actions Trish is the new manager with Sansone and she is actually very nice and in hopes she can turn around the state that the complex is currently in But there is Rhonda who is a assistant manager I believe and from the information we have been given she just doesnt need to work in a environment that involves all hands on deck because she cant even take a message over the phone to give to upper management She has laughed in peoples faces regarding issues within the complex and just doesnt seem to have the attitude for this type of job Maintenance on the other hand is literally ran by uncertified unprofessional people and they dont even have a rush to fix a single thing always takes 23 weeks for a work order to be finished This is all just some specific problems within management Not to mention all of the roaches that they do not let any new tenant know about they have you sign a waiver for bed bugs though which doesnt really make sense when those are often brought in by the tenet themselves The roaches are quite literally a infestation pictures and videos will be later uploaded to this review to really show what we are talking about but they have weekly sprays by Terminex in which they come and spray along the base of the apartment to kill off the bugs but in fact they come back worse every time This is not a problem in just one apartment this a multiple buildings that we have personally seen and they do not take the correct percussions to fix this nasty issue Outside of the absolute gross handling of the complex there is many units filled with drug dealers drug users and abusive parents Security is often called and they dont even show up to take care of issues I would highly recommend that you dont choose this complex as a place to live because you will simply not be able to do that being confined in your own home is not living its torture Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling because there are far better options in our great city to find a place to call home JBH is far from home its hell more ... hide ...
