The therapists are clearly not qualified to teach the subjects they attempt to, and the staff are rude, arrogant, and uneducated when it comes to working with people with TBIs or oth This place should be ashamed of itself! The therapists are clearly not qualified to teach the subjects they attempt to, and the staff are rude, arrogant, and uneducated when it comes to working with people with TBIs or other disabilities. They are critically understaffed and do not have the requisite knowledge to do their jobs. Furthermore, if anyone dares to ask questions, they will be punished by being prevented from going on outings which should be paid for. Although I was warned about this place years ago, I had hoped it had changed. But it's still running, which demonstrates the lack of affordable options for people with disabilities. I would not suggest this place to anyone, and suggest saving yourself and your insurance company from a headache by going somewhere else. The only good reviews you will find are from the staff themselves. The daily schedule rarely has more than three activities, one of which is often grocery shopping. more ... hide ...

Its really not a good environment for anyone to stay here lots of police in and out and other people that dont belong there at night time put people at risk and also have a lot of roaches very not healthy

This is a wonderful place for brain injury patients My sisterinlaw had an incident which left her unable to walk or talk correctly or even think and function She attended their in patient brain injury rehab which consisted of classes on budgeting cl This is a wonderful place for brain injury patients My sisterinlaw had an incident which left her unable to walk or talk correctly or even think and function She attended their in patient brain injury rehab which consisted of classes on budgeting cleaning meal preparation anger management There was also physical occupational and speech therapy along with fun outings and activities The staff was exceptional and supported her all the way through the rehab After rehab she was offered affordable housing and a job Through their warm caring guidance she was able to reclaim her life and live in her own apartment even with having some diminished capacity They work miracles at this place more ... hide ...
