It is not the job of the apartment management to regularly check-in on every resident in this very large facility. If those prior-mentioned means of outside assistance are not available, a disabled person should not live in Pine Grove Apartments or ANY apartments whatsoever; such a person needs to live in an assisted living facility (ALF), nursing home, or in the home of a loving caregiver. more ... hide ...
