But after moving in, I have noticed that there seems to be excessive number of cars parked in the parking area My elderly fiend referred me to move here, I was most grateful to be allowed to move in and we love it here. Sometimes I cant find a space near my building and have to park at another building. I also notice the security gates dont work most of the time and remain opened for 1-2 months at a time. I never did get a key fob and was told they were on back order then I was told the gates were going to be replaced and new key fobs would be issued. Still waiting. And my friend who referred me was told she would get a $400 referral fee. Ive been here since May 2021, and she has not yet received it, and shes inquired about it repeatedly. I believe they are not going to honor that, which is so wrong when you post that you give a referral fee and then dont honor it. Shes 93 and could use that money. more ... hide ...
