I like Springhill, God is good no matter your situation. Maintenance do an amazing job, security does an amazing job, secretarial staff and property management does an amazing job. Some of the tenants cause confusion and attempt to tear things up because #1. They dont care and never had anything #2 they dont like nice clean places. Most of the demographic is young. This community would like to see a change in which every tenant take pride in keeping the community safe, clean, inviting, crime free. ALL of us play a role, so please lets do our part in making where we live a better place. Personally any issues i have, once reported are taken care of immediately. So to those who have issues please make a report to the office and follow up. Then, she accused my mom of lying about the dirty oven racks, which were rusted. How could my mom be lying if shed just moved in? Six days ago my moms oven stopped working. She called the office, and still today, just a few days before Christmas and she might not be able to cook her holiday meal. Today, we got stuck in the elevator. We called the help button, which was answered and we were told that shed have maintenance come, but after 10 minutes no one came...we ended up calling the fire department. I am just livid about the unprofessionalism displayed at this property.
