Previously, when there were MANY managerial changes, the property was kept very clean and all paperwork was done correctly. However, when other landlords were hired, I had problems with my money orders being counted towards my different apartment, as well as with paperwork problems and the lack of knowledge of laws and human rights from the employees. I had to take measures into my own hands and battle the bugs for a month and a half, with the help of aloe leaves daily steaming of carperts. However, I was not appreciated the way that I was treated, and that's when I wished for Susan to be back. When she returned, things were much better. The property now functions at 120% and business is properly done. If the owners of this property want it to function at its best, Susan deserves whatever hourly pay she desires. Never got a reply from anyone after several attempts email calling on line I just dont believe anyone works there Yes I did apply and nothing So I wont ever apply there again
