The new manager couldnt be more compassionate I feel so grateful that I can just talk to her not feel like I have to hold back on anything Shes amazing and empathetic We are so lucky to have her on board with Andrea Thats exactly what we need here I The new manager couldnt be more compassionate I feel so grateful that I can just talk to her not feel like I have to hold back on anything Shes amazing and empathetic We are so lucky to have her on board with Andrea Thats exactly what we need here Ive lived here awhile now never cried talking to an apartment manager because shes so empathetic until today nOtherwise we have super clean grounds very nice units that are spacious Friendly staff They keep the grounds spotless The lawns highly maintained in the Spring through Fall Winter months they always shovel for easy access to get around Small beautiful convenient gym on site You actually couldnt ask for more in renting an apartment Plenty of parking nice neighborsneighborhood for the most part Newer playgrounds for the children Ive been here nearly 8 years Im grateful to have this roof over my head more ... hide ...

Never complain but this is to much hope they do something about it laundromat room is not cleaned very often i am posting photos but for some reason they dont appear

Crestview Terrace Apartments and Cambridge management are the most difficult to deal with They have rules that are not HUD rules and regulations but that of their own which are by far unreasonable even down to the verbiage on their documents They hav Crestview Terrace Apartments and Cambridge management are the most difficult to deal with They have rules that are not HUD rules and regulations but that of their own which are by far unreasonable even down to the verbiage on their documents They have a bedbug issue in several of their apartments and then will try to charge you 113715 for treatment Also there is black mold in one of the units I livens in and made my daughter sick There was a great deal of standing water under the unit 55 on the 2000 side of the street There has been bedbugs in units on both sides of the street The office bullies and manipulate the tenants They are by far the most unreasonable place to live I would not recommend Crestveiw as a place to residennThe only good thing I have to say about that place is that the maintenance people are awesome and the grounds are kept up Other than that I DO NOT RECOMMEND them more ... hide ...
