My 2 children Gannon age 7 Lennox age 2 and I got approved for section 8 housing through The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City where I only have to pay 30 of whatever the rent amount is However the voucher expires on February 1st so I039m trying to My 2 children Gannon age 7 Lennox age 2 and I got approved for section 8 housing through The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City where I only have to pay 30 of whatever the rent amount is However the voucher expires on February 1st so I039m trying to find somewhere and get approved as soon as possible Some issues I039m having is that my credit score is 535 due to a car repossession which was taken over by another company but duplicating on my credit report dropping my credit score drastically It is currently being disputed and as soon as it is I039m paying it off but my score won039t be fixed by the time my voucher expires Unfortunately both of my parents are deceased and I don039t have anyone else to cosign What I can do is pay a higher security deposit for having a lower credit score The other issue I039m facing is that I don039t have 12 or even 6 months worth of paystubs but I do have over **phone#**hidden** in my savings account to show I already have 12 months rent Please let me know if I039ll still get denied and if not I039d like to come in ASAP and apply thank you so much more ... hide ...
