Typically the side closest to the neighborhood Walmart. One time our heater broke in the middle of summer. Our house got to 85 degrees and it took over 2 weeks to get it fixed. Our kitchen sink also got clogged and it took also a week to get fixed. And when maintenance can to fix it I was asked for a bucket, I didnt have one and they simply grabbed my tea pitcher and used it without even asking. The pest control is a few sprays in the kitchen and on the balcony door. I I think one of the worst things was when we first moved in we were told the cleaning had been done since there was a previous guest before but we found dirt all over the windows a stove that smelled like somebody had just cooked something foul and a dirty crockpot under the sink. Sommer does work with the community and tries her best to be a great owner. But Ive found my stay here just tiring and troublesome. more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
