They forgot to fill out the same paperwork correctly and completely THREE times! The office personnel lack the competence to prepare an apartment to pass an inspection the 1st time, follow the protocol/order of steps to lease to a HUD housing applicant and they lack the competence to fill out paperwork. They refused to give us the name, address and phone number of the owner or refund us all of the move-in fees that were paid.
